Respected Hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum, May Allah keep you in safety always. I was suffering from constipation for a long time. It was difficult to sit on the chair. Because by the virtue of being in the accounts, I had to sit for long times. SOmeone told me to use seeds of ispaghol and taara mere in equal amounts and to eat half teaspoon in the morning and in evening and to perform the deed of six surahs. Meaning whenever you have to offer nasals, recite the last six surahs of Quran-e-majeed. To recite the first three in the first rakat and the last three in the last rakat. I did this and after a few days I felt that in the form a black stone the massa has removed. All praise be to Allah! Now I am perfectly healthy. (M, A, Rasheed)
